Last Train Home is a free travel information app run by OK2Park, a sole trader based in Manchester. By using it you accept these terms.
What we provide
We show travel information gathered from public data sources, and links to operators and booking sites. We don't sell tickets, take bookings or carry anyone anywhere. Any purchase you make is between you and that operator, under their terms.
Accuracy
We work hard to show only what we actually know, and to say plainly when we don't know something. But travel information changes constantly, and we can't guarantee it's correct or complete.
Always check with the operator before you travel or book, particularly for the last service of the night. Don't rely on this app alone if missing a train would leave you stranded.
Times shown as live come from National Rail and Transport for London and are as current as those services provide. Anything described as a guide, an estimate, or "check with the operator" is exactly that.
Liability
The app is provided as is, free of charge. We're not liable for losses arising from using it, including missed services, extra costs, cancelled plans or wasted journeys. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
Links to other sites
We link to operators, booking sites and other services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or terms.
Commission
Some links earn us a small commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what the app shows you or the order options appear in. See the privacy page for how that tracking works.
Fair use
Please don't scrape the app, overload it with automated requests, or republish its data as your own. The underlying data belongs to its publishers and is used under their licences.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app develops, and the date above will change when we do.
